BOWREX motor and propeller
Motor & Propeller Fit. The housing is already made to fit the specified motor. Align the motor carefully with its close-fitting slot, then slide it into place—no custom housing fabrication needed.
BOWREX electrical system assembly
Simple Electrical System. The BOWREX controller comes pre-programmed, so you do not need to write code. It connects to a compatible ESC through its control socket. Follow the supplied wiring and setup instructions.
BOWREX propulsion housing assembly
Rear Straightening Vane. The ready-made rear vane fits into the propulsion assembly and helps straighten the outgoing water jet.
BOWREX battery box, ESC and control components
Battery Box. The battery inside this box is built from 21700 lithium-ion cells in a 14S4P configuration (56 cells).
BOWREX four-pulley hoisting handle
Four-Pulley Hoisting Handle. The four-pulley Easy-Lift handle is a BOWREX-made component. Follow the assembly guide to rig the ropes for manual raising and lowering.

Wiring supplies: Source suitable power cables, connectors, crimp lugs, heat-shrink insulation and crimping tools separately. Follow the supplied manual for wire sizing, protection and connection methods. Main power wiring uses crimped connections; battery-cell assembly requires qualified procedures.

Photo numbers: Items #04 (pre-programmed controller) and #06 (wireless transmitter) are already included in the Housing Kit, not the parts table. #09 is the emergency manual thumb throttle.

Prefer to Use Your Own Motor?

Our standard housing is designed to fit the motor we use, making installation straightforward. If you already have a different motor in mind, we may be able to adapt the housing to fit it. Simply send us your motor's dimensions and specifications before ordering, and we can review the fit.

For best performance, we recommend a motor with equivalent or higher performance ratings than the motor specified in our BOWREX build. Any alternative motor must also be compatible with the propeller, ESC and electrical system. Custom housing modifications require a separate design modification fee, quoted after we review your motor dimensions and specifications. Any modification must be confirmed by BOWREX before ordering.

Battery, BMS, Charger & Carrying Case — Separate

Build Your Own Battery Pack — These Are Components, Not a Finished Battery. The 21700 cells and BMS listed below are separate parts for constructing a 14S4P (56-cell) lithium-ion battery pack. They are not sold as a preassembled, ready-to-use battery. The charger is a separate item, and the protective carrying case is optional. Battery-related costs are not included in the propulsion-parts subtotal. BOWREX does not supply or ship an assembled battery pack.

Battery price details: Cell pricing assumes 56 cells at the supplier's 50+ quantity tier (USD $5.75 each before rounding). Charger and case estimates are converted from reported CAD prices, not verified checkout quotes. Confirm the correct 58.8 V / 14S Li-ion charger, case fit, current supplier prices, shipping, duties and taxes before purchase.

Battery safety: The listed cells and BMS are components for building a battery pack—not an assembled battery. Prices exclude assembly materials and labor. High-current lithium-ion pack construction requires specialized skills and testing. If you lack that experience, use a qualified battery-pack builder or purchase a professionally built compatible pack.
