This page explains the limited warranty, shipping timeline, customer-supplied battery responsibility, returns, shipping charges, and after-sales support for BOWREX™ 40.
BOWREX™ 40 is a specialized deployable Smart Bow Pusher for yachts. It is designed for operator-controlled, low-speed docking assistance and short-burst bow-assist use.
Before ordering.
Coverage for BOWREX-manufactured structural components.
BOWREX Marine warrants BOWREX-manufactured structural components against defects in materials or workmanship under normal recreational yacht use.
Covered components
This limited structural warranty applies to BOWREX-manufactured structural parts used as intended for low-speed docking, undocking, and short-burst bow assistance.
Repair or replacement
BOWREX Marine may repair or replace, at its discretion, a covered BOWREX-manufactured structural component found to have a manufacturing defect.
Not indestructible
This warranty does not mean the product is indestructible. It applies only to covered defects under normal and proper use.
Damage from improper use is not a manufacturing defect.
BOWREX is a marine product used in real docking environments. Warranty coverage is limited and does not apply to damage caused by misuse, impact, incorrect electrical setup, or unsafe handling.
Impact or handling damage
Dropping, impact, collision, crushing, transport damage, improper lifting, improper storage, or rough handling are not covered.
Improper operation
Misuse, abuse, neglect, continuous propulsion use, excessive operating time, or use outside low-speed docking assistance is not covered.
Unauthorized changes
Unauthorized modification, disassembly, repair, alteration, or use with non-approved handling methods is not covered.
Normal wear
Scratches, surface marks, cosmetic changes, fading, normal wear, hull-contact pad wear, and other appearance-related changes are not covered.
External damage
Damage caused by the boat, dock, lines, cleats, surrounding equipment, underwater objects, or other external objects is not covered.
Non-recreational use
Commercial, rental, racing, rescue, industrial, or non-recreational use is not covered unless agreed in writing by BOWREX Marine.
Battery and BMS are not included.
Battery and BMS are not included with BOWREX™ 40 unless specifically stated in writing.
The customer is responsible for selecting, installing, charging, storing, transporting, and maintaining the battery, BMS, charger, wiring, connectors, and related electrical components according to proper marine electrical safety practices.
Customer electrical setup is outside BOWREX structural warranty.
BOWREX Marine is not responsible for damage caused by customer-supplied battery systems, incorrect wiring, wrong polarity, charging problems, battery failure, BMS failure, unsafe electrical installation, or non-compatible electrical components.
If you are unsure about battery selection or electrical safety, consult a qualified marine electrical professional before operation.
